Golf Tournament Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before registration

1. Eligibility

Participation as a player is open to individuals who meet the tournament’s age and skill requirements (if applicable).
Participation as a sponsor is open to businesses, organizations, or individuals who have completed sponsorship arrangements and payments.

All players and sponsors must complete the official online registration form and submit required fees by the stated deadline.
Registration is non-transferable unless approved in writing by the tournament organizer.
Tournament entry is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and organizer confirmation.

Golf is a sport with inherent risks, including but not limited to, risk of injury from errant golf balls, falls, weather conditions, wildlife, and use of golf equipment.
By registering for the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the tournament organizer, its officers, directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
You understand that participation is at your own risk and that you should carry your own medical and liability insurance.

All participants agree to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and comply with tournament rules, local golf course rules, and instructions from tournament officials.
Any violation of rules may result in disqualification without refund.

Sponsors agree that their names, logos, and other branding materials may be displayed at the Event and in related promotional materials.
The tournament organizer reserves the right to approve or reject any sponsor branding or content.

By participating, you grant the tournament organizer permission to use your name, likeness, voice, photographs, and video footage taken during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

In the event of weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the tournament organizer may modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event.
Refund policies will be determined by the organizer and communicated to registered participants.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state jurisdiction where the tournament is held.
